This is the first cookbook I ever had. My mother gave me one as an engagement present in 1974. Eerything I need to know is in it. I use other books but still refer back to this one when in doubt, or for confirmation. My original copy was falling apart. It's great to have my trusty friend back. A truly excellent reference book.
