I found that this handbook was a great practical introduction to the issues surrounding the Do's and Don'ts of implementing and managing intranets and extranets. A nice mix of suggested models and possible applications with a good chapter addressing the issues of integrating all the latest cutting edge technologies e.g. e-learning, groupware and mobile computing applications.
