This is a very good book and written while the Lightning was in Active Service.
A shame this book is not in print. Why??? I know of a few people trying to buy a new copy. It’s better than other Lightning books that I’ve read that are still in print. It’s a disservice to not just Lightning fans like myself, but also to anyone interested in aircraft. If you can get hold of a copy … DO SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stunning and new photos that made this a very fasinating book. Very well put together and highly recommended for anyone interested in this beautiful aircraft.
Read other military books by this author and he never disappoints. Great photos, great text.
