i recently bought the first book written by this author 'Noble Intentions' and, due to the fact that it was an extremely funny and original book in its' own right, i couldn't wait for its sequel to be published. however, while the book was possibly worth a read if you enjoy happy endings and not much else, it in no way measures up to its predecessor which was quite hilarious in some places and well worth the money.

funny and romantic at the same time. charlotte who likes to be in control sets out to trap the earl of carlisle (dare) into marrage, in the hope of getting back into high scociety. but the ups and downs of her life are chaotic,and at one of the lows she discovers she has actually fallen in love with dare but with things going from bad to worse she tries once again to take control. with a typical but warm ending. I will definatley read more of her books
