I love this book. The combination of common sense, useful nuggets of info, vital data and a nice tongue-in-cheek approach make this a book I recommend to anybody who owns a post-war Alfa Romeo or is considering buying one. Braden nicely dispels many of the common myths whilst introducing or re-iterating important points for owners and DIY mechanics. Many of the so-called professional Alfa Romeo mechanics could probably benefit from reading this book, if they haven't already.

It's a good read, too.

This book would be a worthwhile purchase at twice the price.

This is a slightly strange book because it tries to cover a very wide range of cars. It's also quite American-focused (lots on the Spica injection system) so if this is what you're after, this books is for you.
