This book started off well, briefly summarising the main points of how the band came together but it was mostly about Fred!

The only consolation was lots of pictures of Sam but there were one or two strange photos where Fred's hand was in the way of Sam's head.

The book is adequate in that it explains about the band briefly but more details would have been nicer!

yes this truly does rock,a complete inside story on rocks biggest boys,covering all band members,fred,wes,sam,dj lethal,and john. a must for all limp bizkit fans
