This book is an encyclopedia of practical guides and scripts for all levels of facilitators. I was able to immediately implement the carefully scripted process techniques in my University teaching and consulting work with other organizations. A real must for practitioners who are serious about making groups work!

Have used the book to support a course I held for budding facilitators. The logical structure of the fieldbook along with loads of tips make it very suitable for anyone who has to facilitate a workshop or decision process.
