Mat Connolley was inspired to create the I Used to Believe project when he realized he wasn't the only one who grew up worried about vampires in the toilet. Thousands of visitors now flock to his website, www.iusedtobelieve.com, to share their childhood memories. He lives in England with his wife. They've known each other since nursery school.
