Had this book bought for me as a present and subsequently have bought for others as a present. Brilliant recipes, not found a duff one yet. What's particularly good is that most of the ingredients are ones you'd have in the cupboard so preparing a meal from it doesn't involve a "Supermarket Safari" trying to find those ingredients you've never heard of. A lot of the recipes are very straight forward and don't require hours of prep work and they taste great. The tenderloin of pork is a classic. Get it and enjoy taking BBQing to the next level.

an ill advised purchase. this book is highly rated in th U.S. but is really writtenfor the American market. some recipes can be used in the UK but many refer to ingredients which are either not readily available here or are more to the American taste. The book is also too big to fit on most bookshelves and has to be kept in a cupboard out ot sight and, unfortunatley, out of mind.

an excellent book for anyone who has just bought a Weber BBQ and who is new to the art of BBQing with a great variety of recipes and instructions as to how to get the best out of your grill
