5.0 out of 5 stars The best book ever written on how to draw caricatures, 10 Mar 1997
By A Customer
The most comprehensive book ever written on the challenging art and science of drawing caricatures! Lenn shows multiple examples of each face, showing how each decision the artist makes can lead to very different interpretations of the subject's features. The book is well organized and, naturally, copiously illustrated with examples of every race, gender, age, and body type imaginable. There is no other book on caricatures that covers the 'how' and 'what' quite so well as this gem of an art instruction book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Go Get It!, 19 Jul 2009
By Booknut (Hertfordshire, England) - See all my reviews
I would like to add my enthusiasm for this book. You don't need to be an artist to follow the advice, you just need a pen and some paper and you will amaze yourself with what you can achieve. You will soon be able to get decent results and have a great deal of fun doing it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very useful, 2 Oct 2009

(REAL NAME)
In my opinion, this is the best book that you can find to learn how to draw caricatures. There are many books about this matter (in fact, I have several titles in my own), but only this one is really useful because Redmann teaches you to focus your gaze on primordial details like the relationship between features of the face or points of reference, for example.

Definitely, a very recommendable book.
