The book covers 10 pin bowling on a beginners level. It covers the standard 4 step approach and delivery and gives us the secret: The SQUEEZE.
As it turns out the squeeze is just what it says: squeeze your fingers into your palm at the end of the delivery and impart spin in this way.
Nowadays we have finger tip drilled balls and we either crank or stroke the ball into spin which gives less strain and more consistancy.
As on equipment: urethane balls are the newest rage in this book, which says it all.
The part which is worthwile reading is how to convert all kinds of multi pin spares, how to carry those with the best chance and so on. Although I really miss the interpretation of what causes a particular spare
Hence the 2 stars.

Nothing on oil patterns, adjusting to changing lane conditions, reading breakpoints and so on.
