5.0 out of 5 stars The most comprehensive guide to fundraising available., 25 Feb 2001
As the author I would like to emphasise that this book is written for a wide readership. It is ideal both for those thinking of entering fundraising, which is one of the fastest growing professions, and for those already working in the field who wish to develop their career by learning in depth about new areas of fundraising. Lastly it covers the strategy behind fundraising which pulls all the elements into a coherent pattern.

We are entering a time when donors are ceasing to give out of duty and loyalty. Donors are more fickle than ever before, and only a professional approach which is capable of adapting to new scenarios will succeed.

This book will equip you with the tools to fundraising successfully whether you are entering your first position or moving up the ladder to take on new responsibilities as a head of fundraising.

Happy and successful fundraising ! John Baguley
