5.0 out of 5 stars Highly recemended, 15 April 2002
By A Customer
I personally have quite a number of bodybuilding books, and I think if you are looking to buy just one book on bodybuilding. I would get this one, it has got info on nutrition, building mass, specialisation, everything you need is in there. I have been bodybuilding for a number of years, and this book has helped me a lot. There are just two things I would mention. This book does look into the 'grey' area of steroids but does not actually provide you with any information about them, but having said that it is not sold as a 'Steroid' book. And it does not go into weight training technique (I would highly recommend 'The Insiders tell all handbook on weight training technique by Stuart McRobert for that), but in my opinion it is still worth 5 Stars, and definitely worth getting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellant for the novice and experienced bodybuilder !!, 31 Oct 2002
By Mr C Fulham (Aberdour, Fife United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
Being a novice to bodybuilding I was looking for a book to slowly ease me into the pros and cons of the sport. I found this extremely informative and well written. Great tips on the mental aspects of bodybuilding and most importantly training techniques for each body part.

4.0 out of 5 stars An interesting read, 27 Nov 2006
By Londoner (London UK) - See all my reviews
This is not so much an encyclopedia of how to bodybuild but more a large collection of articles written by popular bodybuilders, it has limited appeal if you want to learn how to train but if you're slightly more experienced then it's a good book to have a read around some of the more famous bodybuilders and what their thoughts / training regimes are, split up by subject and bodypart, definately worth a read if that sort of thing interests you.
