This is a great book - beatiful photos, easy to follow recipes and a good, simple selection. It brings back memories of the sort of food I loved in Morocco, and I often use the book.
HOWEVER, I'm in the UK, and the original version of the book I have is in UK measures, is called Street Cafe, and is published by Conran Octopus. This one is just called cafe, is in American measures, and uses names liek cilantro instead of coriander. You may prefer to find the English version if you care about such things.
