5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best cookbooks I have come accross, 25 Jul 2009

Flavour is what it is all about.

The difference between an excellent restaurant and poor one, is basically flavour.

Each of these recipes is packed full of flavour.

So much so I was recommended this book when I complimented a friend on a wonderful meal she had produced from one of the recipes. I am now working my way through the book and loving every minute of it.

If you love food with flavour, then this could very well be the best book you ever buy.

It is that good.
