A Guidebook to Promote Self-Healing for Happy, Healthy Life!I became interested in self-hypnosis when I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome in 1987. I found it a very successful way to self-empower myself to self-heal.(I have not been sick since 1992.) Subsequently, I became a clinical hypnotherapist and am now going for my Doctorate. What a career change after being an engineer for 18 years! Nothing gives me greater joy than helping people to help themselves. With this book I finally got the chance to help teach people how to use their mind-body connection to improve their lives. I believe, self-hypnosis can help almost every illness and negative emotion. It can help to minimize or eliminate symptoms and may even be able to help stop a problem before it begins. It's all in the power of your mind.
