5.0 out of 5 stars Even shows you how to make natural soap, 8 Mar 2002
This book is excellent, It shows each herbs history, magical and medical uses, it even shows the correct gardening conditions for each herb!
Also it has great recipes, and guides on how to make your own natural soap, natural deorderant, natural moisturisers and lots more.
My only problem with this book is the way inwhich it is set out, things arn`t easy to find, but apart from that its wonderful
