Product Description

Synopsis

The use of pressure points in combat is as old as the martial arts themselves. This work outlines the 60 principal points in detail and relates each to acupuncture points, provides original Chinese and Japanese sources, and comments on the specific effect of each individual point.

4.0 out of 5 stars This really is the complete book of pressure points, 28 Jan 2004
By A Customer
This is an absolutely neccesity for martial art enthusiasts and practicers. other pressure point books i have read contain either too many complicated chinese words or not enough specific information. this book gives you a pressure point for every situation- it also gives in depth details about the effects of using each pressure point. practically a text book manual of pressure self defence.
