This is the cook book for your CJ. If you don't need this book you are either a fully qualified mechanic with a photographic memory or you don't own a CJ. Its excellent. My only gripe would be its old - written ages ago, and while nothing in the Cj may have changed the technology sure has and lots of things could be added to make it a more up to date resource.

This manual is well laid out and the contents is very complete. From a complete engine rebuild to a minor hick-up in your wiring, you will find this manual provides you with all the "how to" information you might need. One small let down is the index of the manual. The index is grouped in categories such as "engine mechanical" and hasn't got the alphabetical index I'd prefer, so you can search for words. But on the whole, this manual is the best you can buy. A must have for every d.i.y Jeep enthousiast!
