Product Description

Synopsis

Game viewing has a lot to do with luck. One day you may visit a waterhole or drive a road and see nothing; the next day you may encounter a wide variety of animals. Much of this luck you can make yourself. In part you can do this by properly preparing for your African safari. And once you have arrived, there are certain things you can do to make sure you get the most from your visit. One of the first things to consider is the climate. In Hwange, in common with Zimbabwe generally, it is cold in June July and August. Even though you are in Africa the temperature can fall several degrees below freezing. So bring warm clothes u a sweater or zip-up jacket, even gloves u for the chilly days. Safari vehicles, at the visitors request, have been designed to provide maximum visibility. But this has some drawbacks with passengers subjected to cold, heat, dust, rain and insects. Blankets alleviate the cold somewhat but it is better to come prepared.
