I found this book to be useful in giving tips that may not occur to the new rehabber. I have used some of the illustrations in the book to develop my own forms that I currently use. I felt this book gave me more basic knowledge than other books and it was on a level that is easy to understand. I have read some books that were hard to comprehend and ended up delegating them to a shelf in my library but this is a book I keep with me and refer to often.

I've read dozens of real estate investment books and very few live up to their expectations. Kevin's book is the exception. Well written in easy to understand language with enough detail to actually get started and achieve success. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to enter this area of real estate investment.

Kevin speaks in terms anyone can understand. His ideas are practical, down to earth, and they work ! A book that gives practical steps to rehab, the pitfalls to avoid, and suggestions for sizzle that sells the house
