I really liked this book, it was clear, nicely written, pitched for a beginner or a runner. Loads of technical info that was presented well and easily understood. Easy to dip in and out of and some useful material to get you started if you choose to document your runs and progress. Adresses all aspects of health for running like diet, drinking, trainers etc one you can share with your friends and probably wont get back!!
