This book is great! It has step by step guide to many moves and advise from the expert-shannon Miller. I have rated this book 5 stars becase it is easy to understand by the way that they put the infomation across.

This is a very useful tool in learning gymnastics. Descriptive and easy to read pages of info add to the reader's knowledge about gymnastics and I recommend it to anyone who is interested on the subject.

basic beginners book.short sections describing moves.
would have preferred a lot more info and more moves could have been put in
