If you love chocolate, you will love this book. The recipes are fabulous - amazing chocolate layer mousse cakes, white chocolate wedding cake, chocolate banoffi pie, handmade truffles and even (bizzarely!) a recipe for chocolate chilli! - haven't tried that one! The photography is great and shows you how to create the most fantastic and impressive chocolate desserts and cakes with really simple step by step instructions! Shows you how to make those really clever curls and piped chocolate shapes etc. Just looking at the pictures is enough to make your mouth water...
