If you're looking for the right book for baking cakes here it is: helpful introduction on basic technique, delicious recipes and, most of all, the right proportions of ingredients. Higly recommended! (I refer to its Italian translation)

I've read it again and I was ashamed formy previous review!!!There're lots of step by step method and how to check that it's the right consistency<cream,batter,egg whites>.There're also useful tips such as hoe to make a crisp pie and moist filling!!Buy it!!andyou won't disappointed!

I've read this book,so I want to share my ideas.This book is good,full of photo and basic techniques,step-by-step.A lot of traditional recipes.Informations about ingredients is good-looking.But not much tips for beginners.Anyway,it's beautiful for reading.
