An interesting book to look through to build up an apeteite. However many of the recipies revolve around packets of dried food that are not readily available in the uk, eg potato dumpling mix. I would have been interested to learn how to make some of the standards from scratch such as Leberwurst. In general a pleasant read and a useful inspiration to develop some other meals.
