3.0 out of 5 stars mixed bag, 10 Jun 2006
By bethnoir (Bristol, UK) - See all my reviews
As short story collections go this was certainly varied, but that applies to quality as well as theme. I won't name names, but a few of these stories can't have been the best of 2004, the year wasn't that bad. Beginning and ending with Neil Gaiman it has big names, but they're not all at their best.

A few stand out stories, some gripping, none actually very scary, but at least two ideas that stayed with me and the one about rabbits was just long and silly. I'd recommend borrowing rather than buying, not one to treasure.
