Section Two is a directory, by state, of the National Institute of Aging's Alzheimer's Disease Centers, and government, clinical and university affiliated treatment and research centers. Section Three is a directory of home care providers and assisted living, adult day care and long-term residential facilities, noting location, special accommodations, certifications, number of beds, accreditations, insurance information, and URL if available.
