5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best books in the L. Frank Baum series, 22 April 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Ozma of Oz (Paperback)
Ozma of Oz tells the story of Dorothy travelling to Oz again, and features the Wheelers, the 'Heads of Langwidere' and one of the best Oz baddies - the Nome King. This book formed a large part of the film 'Return to Oz'.

In my opinion, this is one of the best books of Baum's series - with a much better flow to it than some of the books which are more like a collection of strange worlds linked together. The final chapters of rescuing the royal family of Ev from the Nome King are excellently written and some of the most memorable adventures.
