This is a good book. Not quite to the standard of the earlier volumes, but good none the less. The book is in two halves- the first being the continuation of Bruce Jones' excellent conspiracy theory story-arc and the second being a miniseries by Garth Ennis (two parter titled Hulk Smash).
The continuation of the conspiracy theory is good, well up to Bruce Jones' previous standard of writing. The artwork is also of the same high calibre- by this point, however, it does feel as though the story is being stretched out just a little bit too far. The book reads well, though, featuring the expected strong characterizations and moody atmosphere.

Hulk Smash is not so strong- the artwork is good, but doesn't really feel brutal enough to portray the Hulk. The story is well written and shows a tale of understanding and acceptance- a stark contrast to the considerably more brutal Punisher tales by Garth Ennis. His take on Hulk is much less extreme- but interesting none the less.

Overall a good enough collection and worth reading, not quite as good as the earlier volumes simply because the reader has a feeling that the storyline could, perhaps, have been tied up in the previous volume- there is in fact one more beyond this. Good but not brilliant- definitely worth the money though, particularly if you have followed the arc thus far.
