If you're weighed down with a never-ending intray, and worried that you're spending too long stressing about stuff rather than just doing it, I would totally recommend you read this book and put some of its tips into practice right away. I saw the author speak last month, and am now working through this well-written productivity-enhancing guidebook. Lots of very practical and inspiring tips. The author doesn't patronise, and doesn't set unrealistic goals. Some of the tips have already revolutionised my working day, and there are plenty more relevant suggestions to put into practice in my home and work life.
