Amazon.co.uk Review

"Women are like golf courses" writes sex educator Lou Paget. "Even though you may have played a course a hundred times, chances are your approach shot rarely lands in the same place on the green". How to Give Her Absolute Pleasure was written for men who want to please women. Much of the book focuses on foreplay (Paget comments that we need to rename it) designed to "excite both her mind and her body". The author offers a variety of strategies for romancing and relaxing a woman and making her feel comfortable. If you don't, she claims, "nothing you can do can rev her engine". Then she describes ways of "kissing her, touching her, and teasing her." Paget includes "a topographical guide" of a woman's body, starting with the sensual areas of the head and face and moving down. She describes ways to massage, caress, lick, kiss, and otherwise excite all these regions. She also discusses lubricants ("slippery, slidy, marvellous stuff"), condoms, manual stimulation, "the art of tongue," sex toys, and a variety of positions (clearly illustrated) for everything you might do. The book is in no way formulaic--in fact, Paget continually stresses that some women love having a particular body part touched in a certain way, while others can't stand it. Whether you're a novice or consider yourself sexually sophisticated, you'll learn plenty from Paget. --Joan Price --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Product Description

Men need help! They are often expected to 'just know' how to please a woman, while women are frequently reluctant to say what they really want. How to Give Her Absolute Pleasure is a sex guide written especially for men. This book is packed with tips on creating the ideal romantic atmosphere, finding her elusive erogenous zones, and mastering the art of delicate foreplay. Written by 'sexpert' Lou Paget, this refreshingly honest guide tells men all they need to know. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely one of the best books on the subject. , 9 Jan 2008
I found this to be very informative for a man, or even a couple. A high recommend. I also liked Sex Machine: A Man's Guide to What Really Pleases a Woman in Bed for it's content, too and would suggest it as well. (Buy both for loads of good info.)

4.0 out of 5 stars Objective feedback from a real couple, 27 Sep 2005

I think that "How to be a great lover" is better because it contains a lot more and detailed techniques. This one also contains such but the approach is a lot more simplistic and sometimes even vague. Is this content really something I would like my husband to know? Yes, there is a broad spectrum of things in it, which is good for him to know. We have been married for 9 years and we have already tried almost everything. However, there are still several things in her book which we found new and interesting to know.

I read a few recommendations for "Scientifcally guaranteed male multiple orgasms and ultimate sex". Well, that was 100% new and really advanced. My husband learnt how to increase his endurance 3 times and now the more sex we have, the more multi-orgasms he enjoys. He has achieved for the last 3 weeks up to 15 per love making. Now he doesn't want to stop while before it was 10-15 minutes and "enough". This change increased several times my pleasure and now I also enjoy orgasms every time. That's why we recommend both books.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant! Guys please buy this for your woman!, 31 May 2001
By A Customer
My girlfriend and I enjoy a loving and close relationship, but have decided to leave penetrative sex for now, and I was looking for a book to give me a few ideas for everything else we're comfortable with. And wow! This book has it all! It emphasises the importance of foreplay in its myriad forms, and not just "sexual" foreplay if you like; guys, if you ever wondered quite what was wrong with your "bedside manner", with this book you'l trace the route of the problem, as it has a fantastically explicit explanation of wonderful techniques to satisfy your special woman, but many other romantic ideas for making her feel special and loved, the basis for truly satisfying sex. This book has it all, an insight into the female mind and loads of anecdotal evidence from a blokes's point of view, techniques and positions, wonderful explanations, the lot. And its all done smut free but not like a science book-its pitched perfectly and makes an enjoyable read. I read it in a day! Guys, please please buy this! Its wonderful, and it'll help you make your partner feel special and loved, which is surely how you want her to feel? And you'll both benefit....Fantastic.
