This is a very powerful book. It shows you that all people (black, white, female and male) has their ups and downs living in this confused world.

4.0 out of 5 stars An intriguing plot that offers many points of view., 8 July 1999
By A Customer
I extremely enjoyed this novel because it gave an insider look into the minds of every character involved in the plot. The plot deals with alot of racial tension and you find yourself identifying with all races involved. I love the way the plot revolves around a historical event (the L.A riots) which is similar to "Your Blues..." However, I was dissappointed in the ending.
