we bought this book mainly because we wanted something different to the normal lonely planet format. but it was terrible.

it was way too opinionated, had very little information and it repeated itself constantly. I think its false advertising that it trys to look like a guide yet offers no information about so many places.
luckily someone gave us an old copy of a lonely planet which we found far more useful.

the only positive thing i can say about the book is that it has good price guides. and its cheap paper is good for lighting campfires in the bush.
