5.0 out of 5 stars Fantasic resource - a MUST for the emulation enthusiast, 21 May 2004
If you like arcade games and are in any way interested in owning a slice of history, this book is a must. Complete with detail guides to interface a PC with an arcade cabinet to get literally 1000's of games running as originally intended.

Relieve the joys of PAC-MAN, Donkey Kong, Galaxians, Space invaders and many many more in the privacy of your own home :)

5.0 out of 5 stars A must for any MAMER, 26 Aug 2009

(REAL NAME)
I bought this book because I wanted to build my own arcade machine. All I can say is it was money well spent. The book includes plans you have to scale up. I have successfully built a fully working machine with very little know how before I started. Ideal if you are a novice to the MAME world with handy links to great websites that are bursting with advice. So in a nutshell if you fancy recreating the 80's arcade experience for your living room here is a great place to start.
