5.0 out of 5 stars Who you calling a dummy?, 30 Sep 2009
By C. L. Martin "Christina" (London) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I get very easily stressed.

ARRGH.

See?

So I decided that I needed to manage my stress, and started looking for a book on the subject.

I happened upon this title - Stress Management for Dummies - and ended up very stressed at being called a dummy.

The author could learn a thing or two about dealing with stressed out people! Insulting them in the title is not the best start.

I have nevertheless awarded this book five stars, at the behest of my therapist, who advised me to rise above it.
