3.0 out of 5 stars Good to get started on Photoshop, 3 Nov 2000
By A Customer
Photoshop 5 for dummies is a good introduction to the fundementals of useing Photoshop. It approaches the subject with a sense of humour. Unfortunately not my sense of humour. When I want to look up a particular technique I do not want to plough through parapraphs of very slightly amusing jibberish. Having said that I have learnt a lot from this book and now find my self looking for books with a indepth content. As a photographer I can recomend this book as a "Get you started" read. But for more intense design work look elsewear. No doubt that is what the Author intended...... a pity about the naf jokes!
