this book is a great read.we are just about to buy a brittany puppy and this book tells you everything you need to know as there aren't that many books available on this rare breed.

this is a fantastic book on the breed. it covers everything one needs to know about the dog and its characteristics. It gives training tips on how the dogs respond and behave as gun dogs. i bought the book becasue i own two of the dogs. Brilliant!

A dog ownership manual, 13 April 2007
I was hoping for a book that helped me with this beautiful, but sometimes difficult breed. I found it to be a general outline of dog ownership, not directed solely at the Brittany. I have to say I was very disappointed with this book. I can only recommend that you talk to owners of the breed before you take on this wonderful bird dog.
