A book that at the very least, makes you look at your sales technique, analyse it and improve it. At best (most of the time) it will give new and vital information on sales practices. So easy to read, a child of 10 could sell ice cubes to eskimos (and have them come back to ask for more).

This book was introduced to me by my manager and it has never left my side. If you ever have the guts to call yourself a salesperson or one who teaches the art of selling. You would be doing yourself and others a dis-service by not having this book.
