A lot of my friends had purchased SimCity 4, and because they also owned previous versions of the game, I decided to buy a copy. It seems a fantastic game, with plenty of aspects to mess aorund with, but when it came down to the main part of the game - setting up and successfully running a city of my own, I was a complete failure. As with the official The Sims guides, the SimCity 4 guide was very beneficial in informing me in all the ins and outs of the game. The only downfall is that it is in black and white only, but this doesn't stop the book being an essential buy for SimCity 4 players.

Ah yes the new game Sim City 4, evolved from the original Sim City back in the old days. This prima guide as usual does a good job in informing the reader with plenty of tips and tricks along with helpful diagrams. This book in perticular can become handy for those in the business industry as it does have concepts based on the real world.

The book is for both beginners and experts alike therefore it can remind you about forgotten this as well as conveying more advanced features. The book is big so do not expect to read it from cover to cover as it's only a guide.

The downfall in this guide is the lack of colour in pages. All the inside is black and white. Shame it would have been a really colour book otherwise.
