This guide certainly goes into a lot of detail regarding maps and tactics, giving you detailed strategy guides to every map, which is certainly helpful. The problem with it is possibly the depth of detail- there is no way you could read, absorb and remember all the strategies for every map, and even if you only play a small number of maps regularly you would probably be very familiar with those maps anyway- meaning that the books usefulness is limited. It tells you all of the adrenaline combos, which is certainly helpful if like me you weren't able to discover all of them yourself.
This is not a bad guide at all, it is informative, clear and well written. Unreal Tournament 2003 is a great game, but for me personally this guide has only enhanced my ability and enjoyment a small amount.
Get it if you are an avid UT 2003 player, otherwise you can definitely do without it.
