I picked this book up in a discount book store.

The title appealed to me, as it suggested that this was a very practical introduction to HTML.

I was not disappointed.

It isn't totally perfect. On Page 116, Figure 4.16 includes a line of text that you don't type in till Page 118.

However blemishes like this are extremely rare in this book.

It's very difficult to write out steps that people have to follow accurately. I do it in my job, and it is a really hard to write this kind of material.

These guys have done it VERY WELL.

There are a lot of good books introducing people to HTML. So when I say that this one has been the most useful one I've used, that is a considerable compliment.

So if you want to learn how HTML works, do yourself a favour and buy this book.

I'm very glad that I did !!!
