This book will come in very useful to anyone restoring a Triumph Bonneville. Its packed full of detailed model changes as the bike developed over the years. One shortcoming of it is the way that it develops its information by telling the reader of the changes to the previous model year. This then requires the reader to keep referring back to see what had'nt changed in order to get an accurate picture of any particular bike. The only other gripe I had with the book was the Photographs. Although they are of good quality I feel that there are too few variations of machines, there being lots of Photo's of just a few examples. For example the period 1975-9 is illustrated by lots of pictures of just two machines. Despite these shortcomings it is still a useful tool in the restorer's library.
