This book is an excellent reference source for anyone interested in Harley's. Don't expect lots of glossy photos but you will find plenty of information on production figures and variations in model by year. The format is easy to follow being a year by year listing with lots of detail on options and colours. I would be loath to suggest that it was 100% accurate in every detail but there is still a huge amount of data here.

Much of the information can be found in books like The Encylopedia of Harley-Davidson by Ian Kerr and Co (also highly recommended) but the data book goes into more detail.
