Every aspect of winemaking is then explained in detail, from the use of ingredients and equipment to the fermenting process. This is followed by over seventy-five wild wine recipes that use fruits, flowers, roots or leaves.And to make sure that your homemade wines are as full of flavour as they can be, a chart at the beginning of each recipe section guides you to the best time and place to collect your ingredients, as well as providing information on colour, flavour, aroma and more.
