Product Description

Synopsis

Sondra Ackerman lived a normal life in urban Philadelphia with her husband and two children until her world was turned upside down by the discovery of her husband's involvement in drug racketeering. She couldn't have known that her decision to leave her husband and cooperate with federal authorities would result in the brutal murders of people she cared about and put her precious children at dire risk. Sondra turns to her best friend Connie for help and eventually to the world of alternative health therapies as more traditional routes to maintaining her sanity collapse before her. Navigating the Feds, her husband and a world filled with danger, Sondra is forced to flee with her children into the government Witness Protection Program, an escape where seconds become ever more important to staying alive. A web of rage, murder and deceit threads its way between Philadelphia and Mexico in an evermore desperate attempt to uncover her whereabouts by those determined to silence her. When her children suffer her worst nightmare, the stakes are high and Sondra must trust in the local and federal authorities to help save her family and a caring alternative therapy community to save her mind.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dangerous Aspects, 11 Aug 2008

When I was first made aware of this book, I thought at last a book to combine EFT as well as a story. But would it work?? It certainly does and I was not disappointed. One of the best parts of the book is the end and it is not worth sneaking a look and reading it because it will make no sense unless you read the whole book first. I have never recommended a book on any website but this book I am more than happy to recommend to potential buyers.

WOW!!!!
That's what I initially want to say after reading this book
WOW!!!
Colin is a practising hypnotherapist here in the UK whom I have had the pleasure and privilege to talk to since the publication of this book.
It is no academic tome
It is no step-by-step methodology manual
It is no "hypnotherapy by numbers" book
NO!
It is a NOVEL!!!!!!
Yes. It is a novel and I just want you get your order in now ready for the read of your life in the summer holidays.
To say that the book is unusual is an understatement. It is one of the most unusual books that I have ever read. Yet it is very special for being so unusual.
In a way you read it with two things in mind, entertainment and learning.
Learning ? Yes. Much of the book centres round the effective use of Emotional Freedom Technique and actually teaches the reader how to do it for him or herself !
So it's a novel and a coaching magazine.
Cant work, surely ?
BUT IT DOES!!!!
This is one of the few books that I have read many more times than once and each time I get something new from the reading.
The story is exciting. It has drugs, gang crime, family breakdown, sex. You name it and its here
AND ITS FABULOUS !!
Did I like it ?
You bet I did. Share my excitement and enjoy a unique experience too
