Colour is a universal language. Everything under the Sun is affected by colour. Experiments have shown that plants, animals, bacteria and chemical reactions all exhibit changes of behaviour when exposed to different colours. Colour is the energy of light. When we choose one colour over another or when we put on clothes of a certain colour, we choose to reflect an energy frequency with very specific properties and effects. Colour is also a subconscious language. It makes no difference whether we know what a colour signifies or what effects it will have. Every colour automatically creates physical, emotional, mental and chemical responses in us. This book examines these two aspects of colour in our lives, and shows how by learning to understand the processes, we can all use the energy of colour, the energy of light and of our Sun, to bring balance and wellbeing into our lives. About the Author
Simon Lilly has been working in healing and self development since 1985. He has trained in crystal therapy with The Institute of Crystal and Gem Therapists. He has also trained as a colour therapist and kinesiologist, and currently works developing flower and tree remedies. Susan Lilly is a practising therapist, specialising in kinesiology and colour healing. Together with her husband, Simon, Susan is the author of a system called Crystal Doorways that combines colour, shape and crystals for self development and healing.
