A well written book with easy to follow instructions and an excellent range of recipes. Choices include good old favorites but low fat/cholesterol versions as well as ncie alternatives. Well illustrated and a good selection of hints and tips. Nice to see that all the nutritional values of each recipe are shown. Very good value for money (over 220 recipes).

Excellent book with tasty, easy to follow recipes that enabled me to stick to a medically required diet without punishing the family! I've catered for dinner parties and important lunches with the recipes and no one was aware they were being healthy! I've recommmended it to many and bought it as gifts for several friends fighting the same battle as I. And I have had steady weight loss and control without feeling I had to be bored with food. thank you Christine France!

Such an excellent, well presented book with such delicious looking photos of the food that I ordered two more copies immediately for other members of my family who also have to watch cholesterol levels.
