Very atmospheric with a good insight into Alaska. Huskies, bears, wolves all feature along with the snow and the cold. A real page-turner from the beginning as the plot unravels revealing twist after twist. A very unsociable book in that you want to cut yourself off from everything until you have reached the end. Even afterwards you can't forget the experiences you
