5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant - everyone should have a copy of this book!, 27 Jun 2002
By A Customer
This is one of those incredible books that make you wonder what you did before you had a copy. A friend bought it for me as I was selling my house and it proved really useful and I've since used it for loads of things. It's especially handy for things like booking cheap holidays, making complaints properly, saving money etc... But as well as being practical, it's also humorously written. Worth every penny!

3.0 out of 5 stars How to beat the system, 5 Jan 2005

I was hoping for so much more. This book really doesn't have anything of any use to anyone. It is full of common sense and stuff you would never really use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fascinating and subversive, 28 Feb 2004

A great buy and absolutely stuffed with information. In the course of a lifetime, you'll probably need a good proportion of it, so buy and keep it somewhere you won't lose it.
